NEVER worked only CRASHES

I did try to find a contact email, no luck, AND I read the "HELP" page...no luck...am running IOS 7.4 on a 1 yr old iPad with 33gig left in the memory.
App crashes IMMEDIATELY on opening...so I tried to open a DjVu doc...same thing IMMEDIATE CRASH. WASTE OF MONEY.
