Brightness issue

This is a great app for opening djvu files in a fast way without any conversion. However, the app has an issue the "luminosity" setting.

Every time I open the app (or switch from another app to the djvu reader), the screen brightness switches to the level defined in the "luminosity" option in settings, regardless of how bright the screen was before opening the app. For example, if the screen had a 0.8 brightness before opening the app, when you switch to the app the brightness changes to whatever value is defined in the "luminosity" setting. This can be pretty annoying.

I wrote to the developer asking about this issue. Lets see.
